Arizona Talent Pipeline Network

In April 2019, the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation launched the Talent Pipeline Management® Academy of Arizona.  The Academy prepared state and local chambers, business associations, and economic development agency leaders to drive partnerships with education and training providers based on industry need.

Through the TPM Academy, many organizations have launched or are in the process of beginning industry-focused employer collaboratives to address workforce needs throughout Arizona.  In addition, the organizations who already had employer collaboratives are using the strategy and tools of TPM to further their work.
